On Wednesday 14th September 2011 our Year 3 children visited the parish church of St Mary & St Giles. There they met Father Ross who showed them around the building. The children then completed sketches of parts of the building, visited the ringing chamber, and generally explored the church. When they got back to school they undertook some follow-up work in the classrooms. Here are some pictures of their visit - please click on each picture to enlarge it.
